Establish program methodology, process, KPIs, and mechanisms that drive standardization across Daraz Sri Lanka. Drive and implement the Customer Experience strategy by understanding customer needs.
Lead different regional Buyer & Seller Experience projects and will be responsible to drive strategic initiatives and create synergies between our different markets with the aim to increase customer retention and loyalty;
Work with large volumes of data; extract and hands-on skills in cleaning, manipulating, analyzing, visualizing the large data sets.
Completed a bachelor's degree preferably in Business, or Analytics. Statistics background will be an advantage.
Successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a creative content/branding capacity is ideal.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Customer Service or similar roles, with project management and intermediate technical skills
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity. Excellent command of English in both written and spoken form. Fluency in another relevant language will be considered a plus.
Scope out proof of concept (POC) , minimally viable product (MVP), and product roadmap. You have a strong sense of ownership - the buck stops with you!
Core responsibility is to create, write and present new engaging content for Daraz Live. Write high engagement media content that reflects brand’s voice.
Drive overall assortment build of the category via both an expansion of current seller assortment and identifying, prospecting & recruiting new sellers to build a wider assortment within the category.
Bachelor’s degree from a top university in a quantitative subject - a background in engineering, business intelligence, data science, mathematics, economics, statistics or computer science preferred.
Responsible for the category end to end in terms of marketing, traffic Ops, Logistics and Customer Experience
Prepare monthly/ yearly budgets and conduct financial planning for operational department. Bachelors/Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or a completed professional qualification such like CIMA and ACCA.

Assist with campaign related tasks. Work in collaboration with other supporting departments. Undergraduates / School Leavers are encouraged to apply.
Extract, deep-dive into large sets of data organized, in a well-structured data warehouse designed for exploration and functionality
Lead the strategic growth initiatives and topics in liaison with the category team and respective category director.
Manage seller journey throughout incubation period (90 days) from the moment vendor goes live. Educate the sellers on all the systems in the Daraz.
Manage communication channels to educate and inform our targeted sellers. Manage workflow, work process, and call script with sales agents for daily operation and convert the seller to a potential seller.
