Your role in a nutshell:
As Tech One's Account Manager, you will help maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients and drive our business' growth. As an advocate of digital transformation, you will help solve our customers' needs through our digital solutions and services.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma / postgraduate or degree in sales management
- 2 to 3 years' experience in similar position
- Preferably from software / IT industry
What you will do in this role:
- Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
- Monitor prices and new product launches regularly
- Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales
- Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers
- Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer related matters
- Attend to customer complaints on products and services
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Follow-up on outstanding dues of customers, provide information on outstanding dues and coordinate with the finance department
