  • Preparation of monthly and annual management and financial reports.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during the audit process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Manage Accounts Receivables and branch impress.
  • Day-to-day management of the Financial and Management Accounting processes.
  • Ensure all creditors' balances are diligently & completely recorded and accounted for on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Analyzing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.


  • Member of ICASL/CIMA/ACCA or CMA.
  • Candidates with more experience with part qualifications will also be considered.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar capacity in FMCG/Super market is a must. Overall 5 years' experience in mercantile sector is required.
  • Hands on experience in ERP.
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical skills, communication and management skills.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and work under minimum supervision.
