Steradian Capital Investments (Private) Ltd (SCI) is a privately owned, multi-faceted consultancy and advisory business providing management services and solutions to both foreign investments into Sri Lanka and existing companies exposed to Sri Lanka.

W15 comprises of a suite of villas located in Weligama, Ahangama, Colombo, Nuwara Eliya, Ambuluwawa and Hanthana. Each location has been carefully selected and each property was painstakingly developed to appease a niche clientele who visit our properties all year round. We have described below some of the key skills and traits that you will ideally be equipped with.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following;

  • Overall responsivity on the leisure sector companies accounting and financial function with the team.
  • Supporting for a smooth operation in hotel properties by checking the accounts, budgets and related activities by coordinating with the team
  • Coordinating and finalizing management reports and conducting monthly discussion, meetings and progress reviews with the senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
  • Managing the monthly variance, ensure that bank reconciliation and relevant processes are going smoothly.
  • Evaluate and reporting leisure sector performance to the management.
  • Review the leisure operational reports and overlook hotel accounts team functions.
  • Coordinate and finalize annual business plans, budgets and operational reports.
  • Ensure to provide accurate information and reports to the management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Over 08 years of Accounts related working experience and must needed Hotel Sector experience.
  • Qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ICAS or bachelor's degree in Accounts or Finance.
  • Advance knowledge in MS Office and exposure to computerized accounting environment and preparing financial accounts and budgets.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, managing time effectively with a rigorous work ethic.
  • Be self-organized and enthusiastic.
  • Sound knowledge of English in both written and verbal.
