McLarens Group is now seeking an aspiring individual to join its subsidiary company GAC Shipping Limited as an:

Key Responsibilities

• Credit Controlling and reporting activities including attending Debtors meetings.
• Prepare debtor ageing reports by coordinating with the Operations team.
• Monitoring/Updating credit limits in Systems (Dolphin/GAC Agent)
• Issuing Updated SOAS on PPL requirements or Internal requirements with priority.
• Executing fund transfers as per internal requirements/instruction from operational team and avoid penalties which occur due to delays in arranging adequate funds.
• Monitoring availability of adequate funds and regularizing Bank balances on timely manner to avoid OD Interests.
• Treasury Management including investing excess cash & working capital management.
• Other work related to the job role as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding and knowledge on operational & bank procedures.
• Communication skills.
• Experience in ERP systems & Data analysis & visualization tools
• Minimum of 2-3 years of mercantile experience.
• Shipping & Logistics industry experience will be added advantage.
