Accounts Executive

We distinguish ourselves by the prompt and expert responses to our prestigious customer needs. We are looking for a positive, well - engaged, well discipline, work hard person who is ready to work with our finance team as an Accounts Executive.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate & timely financial records and preparation of monthly accounts.
• Budgeting, Cash Flow forecasting and management of cash flow.
• Handling statutory audits, income tax matters & dealings with IRD.
• Adhere to the internal controls & procedures.
• Preparation & providing accurate and complete management information and any ad hoc reports requested by the management.
• Dealing with customers & suppliers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

• Part qualification from a professional body such as CA/CIMA/ACCA/CMA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
