- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar of senior staff members.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documents, agendas, and minutes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
