Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to serve as an Admin Assistant/Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization's management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily administrative activities of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the management team.
  • Create and maintain office filing systems, databases, and records.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate office events and activities, such as conferences, workshops, and team- building activities.
  • Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory.
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


  • NCT/TTI or General management who possess some technical education.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
