Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to serve as an Admin Assistant/Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization's management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily administrative activities of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the management team.
- Create and maintain office filing systems, databases, and records.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate office events and activities, such as conferences, workshops, and team- building activities.
- Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- NCT/TTI or General management who possess some technical education.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
