The role of an administration executive is more focused on managing and optimizing administrative functions within an organization. It often requires a deeper understanding of organizational strategy, budgeting, and leadership skills to ensure that the office operates efficiently and effectively in support of the broader goals of the company.


  • Developing and managing the budget for administrative expenses.
  • Monitoring expenses and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing administrative strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Managing relationships with office service providers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Managing company resources, including office equipment, supplies, and facilities.
  • Responsible for the company total cleanliness and company cleaning staff.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and security of office facilities.
  • Acting as a liaison between top management and administrative staff.
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks and security concerns related to office operations


  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in administrative or office management roles is typically required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and mentor administrative staff.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address issues and challenges as they arise.
  • Preferred candidates around Rajagiriya area.
