Primary Duties

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage licenses.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and oversee maintenance.
  • Handle financial/legal duties pertaining to administration.
  • Organize employee accommodations and manage documentation.
  • Coordinate facility management tasks, including repairs and security.
  • Implement fire safety protocols and maintain asset registry.
  • Manage postal mail distribution and communication.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

  • A male below 35 years.
  • Higher Educational Qualifications in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience, 5 years minimum in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
