• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in similar capacity
• Age between 18 to 35 years
• Young, efficient & energetic female Candidates with positive attitude
• Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Knowledge in Tamil would be an added advantage
• Computer Literacy
• Being friendly, approachable & professional team player with an ability to
• resolve complaints & conflicts
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to work on shift basis
• Candidates from Wellawatta or suburbs would have an added advantage
