We are looking for an experienced all round Chef to be the Head chef of our Hotel & Restaurant. Ideal candidate should have the ability to produce excellent high-quality food and team management skills.
Duties
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
- Being responsible for health and safety
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices
- Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
