Application Analyst EPM Document Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Support of Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Solution
• Responsible for administration, maintenance & troubleshooting of FDMEE, Financial Reports, SmartView and System Infrastructure
• Manage the backup and restoration process using application lifecycle tools.
• Maintenance and Support for OpenKM Document Management Solution
• Act as the subject matter expert on OpenKM application, including business requirements, configuration, debugging, integrations and overall implementation
• Monitor all components of the OpenKM environment for function, performance and stability.

Profile:

• A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or Equivalent with 3-5 Yrs of relevant experience.
• Product specific experience not essential, however keenness to learn is essential with minimum supervision. Company will assist in the learning and encourage product certification.
