Area Sales Manager

PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or Full/Part qualification in CIM (UK) or SLIM
• Over 5 years of experience in a similar capacity. Field sales experience in the Construction, Hardware, or Aluminum industry
• Strong ability to manage key relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet growth and sales targets by managing retailers and appointing dealers.
• Execute the regional business plan to expand the customer base in Colombo suburbs and Southern Province.
• Manage dealer count, locations, and customer inquiries.
• Implement marketing campaigns, conduct research, and monitor results.
• Create sales, revenue, and forecast reports for management.
