The ideal candidate should be
- Possess a degree in a related field or be part / fully qualified in CIM/SLIM
- Minimum 7-8 years working experience in Sales is a must
- Being trilingual will be a definite advantage
- Prior experience in managing sale steam in FMCG sector will be considered as an advantage
- Effective negotiation and communication skills are essential and should be able to achieve the sales targets in the designated area while supervising and monitoring the sales force
