Key job functions:
- Motivate and guide team of SRs to achieve company KPI's.
- Achieve numeric distribution, distribution width and depth, RD sales and primary sales targets.
- Ensure infrastructure for redistribution sales such as distributors with adequate BGs, proper storage facilities, RD vehicle and crew.
- Train and guide SRs to meet company goals.
- Monitor sales performance and take quick corrective action to bridge shortfall if any.
Requirements of candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in a reputed FMCG company. Experience in cold chain distribution will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Proven track record of achieving KPI's.
- Resident of Central Province.
- Age below 40 years.
