The role holder must monitor & assess the performance of assigned Territory Managers to ensure the achievement of business outcomes.

• G.C.E A/L and full/part qualification in Sales/Marketing
• Excellent communication, coaching and analytical skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Possession of a valid Driving License
