Assistant Brand Manager

As our Assistant Brand Manger, you will be responsible for brand visibility and brand performance terms of sales, inventory and margins of identifies product lines.

Hw/She will also be responsible for organizations advertising and marketing activities for brand building. Key aspects of this job include creating brand guidelines and ensuring adherence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute overall brand pans as devised for the brand/category with measures of progress and success being evaluated periodically.
• Drive & execute marketing strategies to ensure the achievement of annual brand targets (volume/ Revenue/ Gross Margin/ Marketing Share).
• Develop and drive marketing campaigns across all mediums with special Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the emphasis on digital marketing.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and Identify future
• trends to compete in the market.
• Effective management of marketing budgets to ensure optimized spending  generating higher ROI and ROAS.
• Work with factory team and brand principles to ensure timely product introductions, accurate forecasting and inventory management.
• Work in product costings and ensure optimum pricing is done to ensure profitability of the category/brand.
• Work closely with sales teams across the channels to identify tactical sales promotional activities that are required to drive sales.

You will bring:

• Degree in Marketing from a recognized educational institution or a Professional qualification in Marketing.
• An MBA will be an added Advantage.
• Proven working experience from same industry or in the similar capacity, Preferably 5 years'.
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets, Project management experience
