Assistant Manager - Business Process and Application Management (Corporate Head Office, Borella)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Technologies or Similar qualification of Finance / Manufacturing / Merchandizing from recognize institute
- At least 3-year experience in an ERP system is must
- Knowledge in business requirement gathering / As is documentation / Gap analysis is required.
- Knowledge in project management / application testing is required
- Good interpersonal and communication skill is a must
Main responsibilities
- Plan and participate the business user requirement gathering sessions
- Review and analyze business requirements and prepare business blue print
- Develop detailed functional requirement documents leading into system design
- Analyze required system integrations
- Follow up with technical team / service providers for on time solution deliveries
- Conduct solution testing as per the blueprint and make sure developed solutions are meeting the business requirements
- Lead Change Control activities including drafting of change control records, technical implementation plans, deviations, and updates to supporting documentation
- Develop business process workflow diagrams and system level logical/ physical architecture diagrams
