- 3+ years of experience in managing digital media campaigns across paid social, search engine marketing, and programmatic media buying in a similar role.
- Hands-on digital platform experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing), Google Analytics and Social channels (Facebook Ad Manager Etc.) and the ability to assess competitive levels for keywords and audience, and the resulting impact on CPC/CPM.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Formulate the digital marketing strategy along with the brand marketing campaigns.
- Ensure effective delivery of digital marketing campaigns with advertising agencies and in-house personnel.
- Closely monitor digital campaign performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to develop strategic decisions and optimization recommendations.
- Oversee the website performance and visibility and, coordinate with the relevant parties to improve it further.
- Drive and maintain the company's social media pages and accounts.
- Strong focus on market/industry and identify trends and insights to keep the marketing team informed and keep strategies up to date.
