Our Requirements are
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3-4 Years of relevant work experience in handling the ER function at a Factory.
- Previous work experience in an apparel organization is a must.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Knowledge in Labor Laws of Sri Lanka.
- Experience in managing employee grievances.
- Experience in using HR Systems and a Sound knowledge in MS Office.
- Developing, maintaining, and executing organizational transformation programs.
- HR analytical skills in preparing Management Information Reports.

This position is based at D2 Clothing Factory, Anuradhapura (Meals and Accommodation will be provided). Working days are from Monday to Friday (7.30AM to 05.30PM)
