Responsibilities
- Responsible for the total human resource management of the company implementing modern Corporate HR portfolio covering all functions related to Human resource management.
- Enforcing and implementing management guidelines by preparing and updating effective human resource policies, procedures, programs and practices and review them accordingly as and when needed.
- Provide effective leadership in HR Practices along with HR Manager
- Responsible to give a leadership for transforming the company to a quality work place with better atmosphere to retain employees
- Responsible for scheduling, directing and delegating daily tasks to the HR Team in order provide required information to the management for decision making process.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HRM from a recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of overall working experience in HRM and minimum 05 years in similar or senior positions
- Possess strong leadership traits
- Preferred skill set : Business oriented focus, change management skill, Effective listening and collaboration and excellent command in English language both oral and written
- Effective communication skill
- Possess strong interpretation and analytical skills
- Age below 40 years
