ASSISTANT MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN
We are looking for a confident, dynamic, outgoing and results oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for the above position.
Key job functions:
- Overlook and manage all HR & Admin activities of the group.
- Assist developing and implementing HR Policies.
- Manage recruitment and selection process of the company.
- Manage attendance and payroll management system.
- Assist disciplinary management and employee engagement.
- Proactively manage administration functions of the company.
- Liaise with external/statutory agencies.
- Monitor activities of all outsourced services.
- Overlook regular building, vehicle & equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively with confidential information.
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications in HRM.
- At least 04 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Adequate knowledge of HR practices.
- Knowledge in labour law and regulations.
- Age below 35 years.
- Good organization skills and ability to multi task.
- Good people management skills.
- Self motivation, positivity and determination.
- Willingness to work long hours if needed.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge in MS Office and HR applications.
HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a young confident, dynamic and results oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills for the above position.
Key job functions:
- Co-ordinate HR & Admin activities of the group.
- Assist Implementing HR Policies of the company.
- Process time and attendance system.
- Handle payroll and statutory payments.
- Ability to work effectively with all peer groups.
- Manage day to day Admin and operational functions of the company.
Requirements:
- Full/part professional qualifications in HRM or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- 02 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in labor regulations and administration.
- Below 30 years of age.
- Good organizational skills.
- Self motivated and a good team player.
- Good oral & written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work long hours if needed.
- Knowledge in MS Office and HR applications.
