Key Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Overseeing the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Handling employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts, and providing guidance to resolve issues. Promoting a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices that comply with legal requirements and support the institute's goals.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports as needed for management.
- Managing monthly payrolls and other HR legal compliances of the organization.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equal professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- A Master's degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Profound knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations.
- Age below 30.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working on Saturdays is mandatory.
