Assistant Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Overseeing the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Handling employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts, and providing guidance to resolve issues. Promoting a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices that comply with legal requirements and support the institute's goals.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports as needed for management.
  • Managing monthly payrolls and other HR legal compliances of the organization.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equal professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Profound knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations.
  • Age below 30.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working on Saturdays is mandatory.
