Responsibilities
- Overlook and manage all HR & admin activities of the company.
- Assist developing and implementing HR Policies.
- Manage recruitment and selection process of the company.
- Proactively manage administration functions of the company.
- Ability to work effectively with confidential information.
- Design and implement an effective performance management system,
- reward schemes to motivate staff and influence employees' outcome
- Making KPIs and SOPs.
Requirements
- Professional qualifications in HRM.
- At least 03 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in labour law and regulations.
- Age below 35 years.
- Good organization skills and ability to multi task .
- Good people management skills .
