- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3 years + experience in HR and Payroll.
- Experience in the E-commerce industry is a definite advantage
- Good communication skills in both English / Sinhala (Written and Spoken).
- Good computer knowledge. (MS Office Package).
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial and employee relations, and HRbest practices.
- Ability to coach, communicate and negotiate will all level employees.
