Assistant Manager Human Resources (Kirulapone)

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3 years + experience in HR and Payroll.
• Experience in the E-commerce industry is a definite advantage
• Good communication skills in both English / Sinhala (Written and Spoken).
• Good computer knowledge. (MS Office Package).
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial and employee relations, and HRbest practices.
• Ability to coach, communicate and negotiate will all level employees.
