  • Responsible for plan, organize and implement sales and marketing activities related to the company's weighing solutions in line with approved budgets.
  • Responsible for technical specifications of the proposals with collaboration of respective manufacturers.
  • Design and implement sales programs sales programs and develop strategies to optimize sales to key accounts of different segments based on company strategies.
  • Responsible for formulating targets based on the market growth, sales consolidation and new product innovation to contribute to the departmental market plan.
  • Responsible for managing business relationships with designated key accounts to consistently achieve established sales targets.
  • Work closely with independent groups to drive sales, develop and implement companywide marketing and merchandising plans.


  • Minimum 2-5 years' of experience in handling a similar product category or equivalent.
  • Bachelors' Degree in Agriculture or Technological subjects or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala
  • Posses a positive attitude, Hardworking, well-disciplined, and willing to work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and proven applications in MS Office especially in MS excel.
  • Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
  • Should have valid riding and driving licence.
  • Should be willing to accept change and new technology.
