Assistant Manager - IT Operations

Assistant Manager - IT Operations & Infrastructure will be responsible for the entire IT Operations of Hemas Consumer Brands. The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, optimizing infrastructure, overseeing vendor relationships, enforcing security measures, and collaborating on strategic IT initiatives. 

In addition to the above main tasks, the individual will also be accountable to;

• Build engagement and good relationship between external institutions and all stakeholders.
• Ensure internal customer service standards are constantly upgraded and up skill the employees to achieve such standard.

Also the role holder will contribute towards Hemas Consumer Brands technology-driven success story and help to drive the organization's IT efficiency and growth.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Possess a degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Overall 5 years of experience in IT and minimum of 3 years in a Managerial position.
• High aptitude in IT Infrastructure, Network & Security
• IT Operation procedures
• Project Management Skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and good at execution and result orientation
