RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify the training gaps/ needs based on annual performance cycles, budgeting process in executive above employees
  • Develop workable solutions to overcome those gaps with cost effective mannner.
  • Hands on experience in arranging and coordinating training programs
  • Experience in driving Management Development programs/ Executive Development programs
  • Sound understanding on modern training methods such as linkedln learning/ Gamification/ Simulation
  • Hands on experience in executive coaching/ mentoring
  • Sound understanding on Talent review process/ 9 Box matrix.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education - CIPM / B Sc Degree in HR
  • Diploma in Training and Development will be added advantage.
  • 3 to 4 years experience in manufacturing environment.
