- Identify the training gaps/ needs based on annual performance cycles, budgeting process in executive above employees
- Develop workable solutions to overcome those gaps with cost effective mannner.
- Hands on experience in arranging and coordinating training programs
- Experience in driving Management Development programs/ Executive Development programs
- Sound understanding on modern training methods such as linkedln learning/ Gamification/ Simulation
- Hands on experience in executive coaching/ mentoring
- Sound understanding on Talent review process/ 9 Box matrix.
- Education - CIPM / B Sc Degree in HR
- Diploma in Training and Development will be added advantage.
- 3 to 4 years experience in manufacturing environment.
