Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development and training for the sales/ branch staff
- Maintain good relationship with key stake holders
- Responsible for training & development
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports SLI management
- Flexibility to travel anywhere within the country
Qualifications
- BSc in marketing and sales or any related field
- Excellent communication skill in English and Sinhala ( Tamil would be an added advantage for the candidate )
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Training and grooming a sales force
- Skills on power point presentation
- Taking initiative and responsibility
- Age below 35years
- Wiliness to work in Central Province
