An opportunity to be part of an ever growing modern trade channel where you will support the team in

  • Channel specific reporting including creating daily and monthly sales reports
  • Oversee & implement the incentive scheme
  • Analyzing all company, category , competitor, customer and national level data and create validated insights for decision making.
  • Being responsible for front line teams compensation, commissions, incentives, channel competition and expenses management to ensure smooth operation of the Modern Trade Channel.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Possess a degree in statistics or commerce from a reputed university or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 - 4 years work experience (Sales administration experience would be advantageous).
  • A super executer with a high sense of attention to detail.
  • A tech savvy person with good communicational skills and computer literacy.
  • An exceptional stakeholder manager.
