- Channel specific reporting including creating daily and monthly sales reports
- Oversee & implement the incentive scheme
- Analyzing all company, category , competitor, customer and national level data and create validated insights for decision making.
- Being responsible for front line teams compensation, commissions, incentives, channel competition and expenses management to ensure smooth operation of the Modern Trade Channel.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Possess a degree in statistics or commerce from a reputed university or equivalent qualification.
- 3 - 4 years work experience (Sales administration experience would be advantageous).
- A super executer with a high sense of attention to detail.
- A tech savvy person with good communicational skills and computer literacy.
- An exceptional stakeholder manager.
