- Channel specific reporting including creating daily and monthly sales reports.
- Oversee & implement the incentive scheme.
- Analyzing all company, category, competitor, customer and national level data and create validated insights for decision making.
- Being responsible for front line teams compensation, commissions, incentives, channel competition and expenses management to ensure smooth operation of the Modern Trade Channel.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Part/fully qualified in CIMA, AAT etc or a related qualification.
- 2 years work experience (Sales administration experience would be advantageous).
- A super executer with a high sense of attention to detail.
- Tech savvy with good communicational skills
- High aptitude in computer literacy.
