An opportunity to be part of an ever growing modern trade channel where you will support the team in,

  • Channel specific reporting including creating daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Oversee & implement the incentive scheme.
  • Analyzing all company, category, competitor, customer and national level data and create validated insights for decision making.
  • Being responsible for front line teams compensation, commissions, incentives, channel competition and expenses management to ensure smooth operation of the Modern Trade Channel.


  • Part/fully qualified in CIMA, AAT etc or a related qualification.
  • 2 years work experience (Sales administration experience would be advantageous).
  • A super executer with a high sense of attention to detail.
  • Tech savvy with good communicational skills
  • High aptitude in computer literacy.
