Job Profile:
- Achieving marketing targets while implementation the branding and promotional strategies, and develop the Marketing Plans according to Business Strategy.
- Monitor actively sales performance and take corrective action on marketing within the business guidelines to meet sales targets . Coordinate all marketing activities at customer by various company interests .
- Manage an appropriate rapport between first line response on technical inquiries from customers and relevant technical officers.
- Continues Research and development regarding the pricing of key competitors in the market to maximize the return margins while retaining wanted business a nd clients .
- Provide the marketing forecast on a monthly basis and accountable to annual marketing budgets . Develop good relationship with all customers.
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills. Attend to other general activities which are assigned by the Management time to time.
Candidate Profile:
- Should have a Degree in Marketing Management, and Professional qualification in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualifications of CIM/ SLIM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 05 years' working experience in the similar capacity is a must and, exposure in the field of Automobile would be an advantage.
- Age should be below 35 of years.
- Should possess of excellent command in English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and always working with can do attitude.
