Job Profile
This position will hold the overall responsibility of developing and implementing the training modules aimed at enhancing the selling competencies and related skills of sales advisors at each level.
- Designing, implementing, and delivering appropriate training programs to support sales team with varying levels of performance, who are at various stages of their careers
- Develop and implement "training clinics" to address identified skill gaps and other requirements based on performance, market dynamics and specific, strategic requirements of the Company
- On request, facilitate and carry out specific training sessions within other training programs
Qualification & Experience
- A degree from a recognized university/institute in education, HRM or business management, post graduate qualifications from CIM or SLIM, or any other advanced diploma or postgraduate qualifications related to training management
- Proven work experience as a trainer or moderator in a sales vertical, preferably at an Insurance or Finance company
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience in branch-level and above sales management or possessing LIMRA moderator certification will be an advantage will be an advantage
The selected candidate will be compensated in par with the industry standards based on qualifications and experience.
