Assistant Manager - Student Placement & Visa

Job Profile

  • Communicate with students and collect their required documents for university applications.
  • Review and verify if documents send by students are in the right order needed for application.
  • Maintain records of students' documentation.
  • Update daily processing work activities.
  • Communicate with students face to face or over the phone regarding their application process.

Candidate Profile

  • Sound academic background
  • Australia / USA / UK student VISA knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in student placement and Visa documentation to Australia
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Possess good general IT literacy skills
  • Be able to work under pressure/proactive & familiar with team approach.
