- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Agriculture or Science from a recognized University.
- Possess knowledge of Quality System, HACCP,ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practice [GMP].
- Hand on Experiences implementation of ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 GMP and HACCP.
- Minimum 3years Experiences in smiler capacity in the field of Quality Assurance.
- Hands on experiences in Laboratory operations will be added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office packages is essential.
- Ability to work well under minimum supervision.
- Monitoring all production process and Maintains ISO 22000 and GMP , HACCP standards and documentation in the company.
- Maintain hygienic practices within production process and production staff.
- Co-ordinate with production and other staff in order to adhere to the system certifications including ISO/GMP/HACCP.
- Responsible for the implementation of Quality Assurance practices within the company.
- Inspection of incoming raw materials and packing materials prior to use at production
