We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven and results oriented individual with a passion for excellence to join our team in the above position and to lead this battle to achieve our goals.

Job Profile

Lead customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by designing and implementing strategic sales plans and keep the Company competitive and innovative whilst ensuring its strong presence. Maximize the potential of sales team through crafting sales plans, setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.

The Person

Good track record in secondary education with professional qualifications in sales/marketing management with at least 4 years' experience in Area/Dealer Sales Management preferable in building material industry. Excellent track record/PR of building new business/customer portfolio with a proven ability to lead a team. Potential to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at different levels within the organization. Analytical Skills along with high level of IT literacy (MS Excel) is a must. Preferably around 40 years of age.

Remuneration package is negotiable.
