Assistant Sales Manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales.
2. Minimum 7 years' Prior experience in hospitality/hotel industry.
3. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed.
8. Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.

• Work days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Fri/ Sat half day)
• Job Location: Colombo 03
