Assistant Sales Manager

The ideal candidate shall be required to:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff for skill enhancement.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Applicants should possess the following:

  • Minimum 04 year experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record
  • Should poses a valid driving license.
  • Diploma in Insurance or marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in two languages will be an added advantage
