The ideal candidate shall be required to:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide training and support to sales staff for skill enhancement.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Applicants should possess the following:
- Minimum 04 year experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record
- Should poses a valid driving license.
- Diploma in Insurance or marketing will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in two languages will be an added advantage
