KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and coordinate monthly shipment plan with Marketing & Administration departments
• Prepare shipping invoices, commercial invoices and pricing schedule
• Track the shipment daily basis, with support of shipping lines to ensure on time delivery of the packages
• Email invoices to agent to create CUSDEC in the system
• Handover shipment to SL shipping agent and necessary follow up
• Budget export expenses and negotiate rates with shipping lines

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Passed in G.C.E. A/L with sound academic background
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages
• Should be below 25 years of age
• Residing close to Panadura is an added advantage

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills in English
• Negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work as a team
