Assistant Supervisor - Quality

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Carry out on line and off line quality inspections.
• Ensure finished products that are in line with required customer requirements and set quality requirements.
• Ensure incoming consumable purchases are complied with set quality standards.
• Maintain ISO 9001/14001 documentary requirements.
• Ensure incoming consumable purchases are in lined with set quality standards.
• Carry out lab analysis test to ensure the product quality.

The ideal candidate should possess,

• Passed G.C.E O/L & G.C.E. A/L in science stream.
• Completed a certificate course in quality assurance in a reputed institute.
• Possess a certificate course in rubber technology would be an added advantage.
• One year experience in a quality department in a reputed manufacturing company.
• Employed in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 working environment would be added advantage. 
• Should be able to work as a team player.
• Good computer literacy including MS Office.
• Should have skill for software and program developments.
• Should be able to work long hours and night shifts when required.
• Good communication skills (Both Sinhala and English Languages).
