Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with technology trends and product updates


  • High National Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.(Minimum 02 year)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UPS and Data Centre facilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented and a problem-solving mindset.
