Banquet Sales Coordinators (Female)

Seethawaka Regency, the most iconic hotel with 8 years of excellence in Avissawella with a luxury banquet hall which can accommodate 500 guests and it's the optimal venue to make dreams come true from weddings to conferences, cooperate functions, social events and many more. Also there are luxury chalets catering to foreign and local guest and a Multi Cuisine fine dining restaurant.

With the high demand for the hotel we are upgrading to a five star hotel with 3 large banquet halls, 2 restaurants, pub and many more facilities in year 2023.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Primary responsibility of the selected individual would be to sell and achieve sales/ revenue target with a creative and methodical approach.
  • Banquets sales & promotions
  • Coordinate with other relevant departments and provide efficient service on guest requirements
  • Analyze trends in weddings & events and conduct market research and surveys

The ideal candidate should posses

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel
  • Customer oriented with great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • The ideal candidate should have strong public relations skills and passion to serve with pleasing personality
