- Provide compelling communication to potential guests about the brand, facility and menu
- Meet with guests to show facilities, develop menus and offer other services such as audio/visual, entertainment
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for all events team members
- Oversee event execution through entrée service whenever possible to ensure proper timing and complete Guest satisfaction
- Conduct a post-event follow up to ensure a "Raving Fan" experience was delivered and to inquire about repeat bookings
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- Responsible for achieving the budget goal for Banqueting and catering for the hotel, targets on assigned corporate accounts
- Manage activities of Banquets services in specific area MICE or Weddings or outside Catering to maintain and improve productivity, quality, service, creativity, and guest satisfaction
PREREQUISITE
- Possess a degree/diploma/professional qualification from recognize professional institution
- Exceptional Analytical skills, interpersonal skills and team management skills
- Excellent command in English language both written and verbal
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Banquet Sales Manager/Assistant Banquet Sales Manager in hotel or related field
- Age below 40 years
