- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for body shop services, ensuring efficient workflow
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and repairs.
- Communication: Liaise between customers and the body shop team to ensure clear communication and understanding of customer needs
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and address any customer concerns promptly to uphold our service standards.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Successfully completed G.C.E (A/L) & Diploma in any stream or professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Be computer literate in MS Office packages with Excellent / Advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Strong customer service and possess excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Experience in a similar role in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
- Female applicants below 35 years are preferred, with priority given to those living in close proximity to the Dunagaha branch.
