Bodyshop In charge (Puttalam)

JOB PROFILE

• Responsible for B&P division performance (T/O, GP, NP and CSI)
• Responsible for maintaining budgeted manpower carder and deal with insurance stakeholders and improve vehicle throughput
• Responsible for proper estimation procedures and get the agreed rates from the insurance companies
• Collecting relevant payments within 30 days 
• Maintaining minimum paint stock levels and responsible for colour mixing procedures Responsible for QC and proper delivery while keeping customers' satisfaction
• Responsible for providing services and customer satisfaction through the following duties and providing WIP weekly report
• Ensure the best practices of housekeeping of workshop and maintain at all times and highest safety standards of the workshop are maintain

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Trade Certificate from an Automobile Training school (NAITA-4 Years / City & Guilts- Diploma level/ German Tech Part Time 2 Years). 
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the same role (Preferably International Bodyshop experience) 
• Computer literacy (MS Office packages) 
• Ability to maintain effective relationship with customers
• Possess dual purpose vehicle license (with experience for driving]
• Advanced level of product knowledge and services.
