KEY RESPONSIBILITEIS

  • Providing technical assistance and support to users in need of technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, software, and various other technological devices. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance on the use of technology systems, software applications, and devices
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical problems and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Assist in the evaluation and testing of new hardware, software, and technology solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the most effective support and recommendations to users.

REQUIREMENTS

  • ATM Help Desk - must be able to work during weekends and holidays also (3 shifts- 24x7)
  • Branch Help Desk - only during working days from 8:00am to 5:30pm
    • Salary Rs. 35,000/-
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Help Desk Support Specialist or similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think logically and prioritize tasks effectively.
