THE PROFILE

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance (Lending, Pawning, Fixed Deposit, and Recovery) of the branch including Branch operations, Customer services, Security, Internal audit and Safety in accordance with company processes and procedures.

THE PERSON

• Full/part qualification in Banking/ Marketing/ Credit Management or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
• Minimum 5 years Banking/ Non-Banking experience out of which 02 years over-looking Branch operations, Branch monitoring and supervision.
• Exposure in Credit evaluation, Recovery, Fund Mobilization, and Pawning.
• Ability to operate the branch as a profit center by providing overall leadership.
• Ability to motivate the team to produce results while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
