- Identify market trends and consumer behavior through market and customer intelligence and formulate brand strategy to increase Market Share in profitable volume growth and revenue growth.
- Executing the Brand Communication plan with a special focus given to Digital Media and Consumer Activations liaising with Agencies.
- Working with the R&D team to enhance NPD.
- Develop and implement channel related promotions by coordinating with the field sales team.
- Preparing and Presenting the Brand Review on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Male, between 25 - 40 years.
- Communication skills in Sinhala & English. (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Computer skills will be an advantage.
- Flair in handling customers.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Team player with Independent & self-motivated personality.
- Part or full qualification in SLIM/ CIM or degree in Marketing.
- At least 2 year experience in a branding/marketing.
- Should be innovative and dynamic.
- Should be able to work on tight deadlines around the clock.
- Should possess good strong interpersonal skills.
