Mega Lifesciences is a Company engaged in Manufacturing & Marketing of Pharmaceuticals, Neutraceuticals, Cosmeceuticals and Cosmetic products with a presence in over 35 Countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing brand P&L and delivering volume/profit targets for set brands
  • Developing and implementing strategic brand marketing plans within budget.
  • Planning developing and implementing effective advertising and promotion strategies.
  • Achieving profitability of assigned brands by implementing pricing strategies and optimizing costs.
  • Driving innovation by identifying areas of potential market for new products
  • Monitoring the performance of assigned brands and managing A&P budget efficiently.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree & MBA.
  • Detailed knowledge of Brand Management and sales operations
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English & Sinhala
  • Should have analysis, planning and implementation skills
  • Good Presentation Skills.
