Key Responsibilities :
- Managing brand P&L and delivering volume/profit targets for set brands
- Developing and implementing strategic brand marketing plans within budget.
- Planning developing and implementing effective advertising and promotion strategies.
- Achieving profitability of assigned brands by implementing pricing strategies and optimizing costs.
- Driving innovation by identifying areas of potential market for new products
- Monitoring the performance of assigned brands and managing A&P budget efficiently.
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management.
- Bachelor's Degree & MBA.
- Detailed knowledge of Brand Management and sales operations
- Good oral and written communication skills in English & Sinhala
- Should have analysis, planning and implementation skills
- Good Presentation Skills.
